She has successfully developed and managed educational programs for local education agencies and state-wide initiatives. Shannon has used her administration and training skills in the corporate, non-profit and religious sectors to ensure operational excellence and integrity. In addition, Mrs. Griffin has extensive procurement experience working as Procurement Associate with a fortune 500 company.
Shannon holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management & Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Springfield College.
